The law of honor among thieves is not to rob from each other. Certain moral codes are made to be broken, as is the case with Moctesuma Valdez, an Argentine "businessman" living in the US who preys on uninsured Latino immigrants by selling them products that promise to cure diseases, baldness, help you loose weight and increase manhood.

Goodhearted thieves Emilio and Alejandro reunite, gathering together Latino immigrants with various talents in order to successfully heist the Valdez fortune. The use of immigrants is strategic, a population largely "invisible" and unnoticed, offering an interesting social commentary. I particularly enjoyed a scene where two members of the team dress up as the cleaning staff as a ploy to access Valdez's office. The office guard tries to get them out of the office as they pretend to not understand English. Frustrated, the guard yells at them that they live in America and they should speak in English. When the two can easily get away, one shouts back "You should think about learning Spanish. This is America."

While the Robin Hood film seems a little too close to Ocean's 11, it certainly has a few clever moments and offers the opportunity to practice your Spanish.
