-Students took an oral quiz on conversational questions. Those who missed class will need to take the quiz when they return to class. See previous lesson for the study sheet attachment.
-Students practiced writing out numbers in Spanish. If you missed class, practice with some at home: 54, 67, 89, 34, 23, 77, 91, 26.

-Students learned two more directions: up and down, "arriba" and "abajo".
-We played "Simon Dice" (Simon Says) to practice with body parts, commands, and the directions we learned this week.
-Students learned how to ask for and give directions:
Turn left/right = "Gira a la izquierda/derecha"
Continue forward/backward = "Sigue adelante/de atrĂ¡s"
Go up/down = "Va arriba/abajo"
-Students practiced by giving directions to different classrooms in the school.
-We reviewed transportation vocabulary from last class period.
-Students were given two worksheets for homework, one on directions and the other on transportation vocabulary. They are both due next class period (10/17). See attachment for the worksheets.
