-We reviewed clothing vocabulary and the verbs used (llevar and tener) for talking about it.
-I handed out an explanation of "Cuanto cuesta?", how to talk about cost (see attachment).
-We reviewed numbers for talking about cost.
-HOMEWORK: Students have a worksheet on the cost vocabulary/sentences. They should write out the number in Spanish for practice (spelling does not count). It is due next Wednesday (see attachment).

-Students reviewed clothing vocabulary and use of the verb "tener". We also reviewed how to match our endings match when using adjectives to describe a noun.
-We talked about the verb "llevar", and how it is used to describe what someone is wearing.

-We went over several review topics involving common conversational topics.
-Students practiced conversation questions in partners.
-I handed out clothing vocabulary that we will be using for our next topic. We practiced pronunciation together. Student should look over these words at home in order to be prepared for class. Copies can be found outside my classroom.

-Students practiced in partners talking about the weather and what kind of clothing you would need to pack.
-We played a memory game for practice with clothing and packing your suitcase vocab.
-HOMEWORK: study for quiz on Friday (Vacations vocab sheet, time, "Hay que hacer la maleta" vocab sheet)

-Students presented their clothing stores to the class. They gave the name of their store, the cost of 2 items, and answered a question from me.
-This was the last day of 1st quarter. 2nd quarter begins next Wednesday.

-Students began a project of creating their own "tienda de ropa" (clothing store). They will finish it for homework and present it to the class next week. Presentations will be evaluated.

-HOMEWORK: Students have no homework. However, if they missed class they should print off or pick up the "Cuanto cuesta?" sheet and do the "practice" section on the bottom.
