-Students shared the sentences they created last week with the rest of the class.
-We learned new phrases using the verb “tener”. In English, these phrases are said with “I am”, but they are different in Spanish. For all those listed, we use “I have” (“Yo tengo”) (see attachment).

-Students reviewed the verbs “ser” and “estar” by completing sentences with both the correct verb and the correct conjugation.
-We reviewed the conjugation of these two verbs for different subjects of a sentence. Singular objects are changed the same as “he/she” subjects. Plural objects are changed the same as “they” subjects.
-We looked over our answers for the story about Amalia.
-Students have no homework.
